Hello, I'm facing an issue with Skype on my Windows 10 Home 64-bit setup. With the specs you shared, it's consuming around 60% CPU during video calls, while most games only use about 40%. Is there a way to reduce this usage or manage it better?

Maybe it's a fake Skype removal, so you can reinstall and get a fresh version. Which processor are you using?

I don't understand. Parents only use Skype, but it's been uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and the issue persists. I'm on a 5 GHz processor.

Please be careful, I can't scan for viruses directly. If you're concerned about your system, consider running a full scan using trusted antivirus software.

it requires 350-500 MB or more RAM on all Windows versions I tested. After several tweaks, nothing works—we really need a new VOiP chat. When Microsoft acquired Skype, it was a disaster. How do you build an IM chat or VoIP desktop app that uses as much RAM as my phone?
