There seems to be an issue with audio clarity for you. It's possible the connection or settings are affecting sound quality, even though the game runs smoothly. You might want to check your microphone input or try a different device.

Available only on Skype or similar VOIP platforms? The service automatically adjusts call quality based on your local network conditions. Higher traffic areas result in reduced call clarity. Consider trying Gamevox—it's complimentary and runs servers FOC. It's currently in beta but open to registration at no cost. They promise better latency than Mumble, and recent usage over the past three months shows excellent performance.

I'm not entirely sure, I only tried Skype. I can't really try anything else at the moment.

This typically occurs due to a disrupted internet connection. However, the main concern seems to be the audio drivers or the device configured as Skype's default audio source.

Connection problems are usually the main issue. That’s mostly about download and upload speeds.
