I don't understand how to do this, I downloaded skse64 from that site, just like the tutorial on YouTube shows. It works on my PS4, but when I try to install it on my PC, I only get a brief flash. That's all. I believe the people who demonstrate it must have special, unknown technology. Don't expect me to go to Nexus because they seem too proud and don't want to help. I've tried asking many people, but I'm getting no answers from them. They can just waste their time.

It seems you're looking for a clearer breakdown of the process involved. You want to understand what you're aiming to achieve with the Skyrim Scripting extension, including downloading the ZIP file, extracting it, placing the files in the correct installation folder, and running the .exe. The instructions should be referenced from the readme file, and you need to ensure the skse64 version matches the specific Skyrim edition you installed via Steam.
