Hello,
Here are the details of my setup:
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Chip type: GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
I mainly play Dead by Daylight, which isn't a demanding game, but during the recent streams I experienced frame drops. As shown in the Streamlab settings attachments I shared, my default is 60 fps, but it frequently reduces to 30-35 and sometimes even 40 before returning to 60. This affects the quality of my stream. I observe that my CPU reaches full capacity during these unstable streams (though I usually have smooth runs otherwise). I originally built this PC for streaming purposes, but Twitch requires an i5 model, so I should be fine with an i7-8700. All the configurations I use are listed in the provided Streamlab settings link. I run on x264 and consistently keep CPU usage very low, yet still face these issues. I’m considering switching to NVENC, but I’m confident my CPU is more capable than my GPU according to the model. Also, I have excellent internet speeds (300 Mbps and 50 UPS), so network problems aren’t a concern. Please help me, I really need your assistance.

Adjust the priority from Above Normal to Normal. Watch your dashboard and use a tablet or phone for chatting, avoiding browsers that consume much CPU power.

Hello,
The issue started as expected and was shared for testing. Since my browser consumes minimal CPU, it’s unlikely to be the cause. I use Opera, which uses less than 1% of the processor. This is really frustrating.
