Since I installed 32gb RAM, my games still lag, but GeForce Experience claims everything is working properly
I have 32gb RAM, an Intel i5 gen 11, and an NVIDIA RTX 4050 Ti.
Recently I upgraded and now have 32 gb RAM instead of the previous 16 gb, but performance has dropped more than expected. Games like Elden Ring ran better before.
Could there be reasons for this lag? Is it just old hardware? Please help.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used).
Disk drives: make, model, capacity, current usage.
