It's been a while since I've played Surgeon Simulator 2013. Honestly, the controls are really tough to master. I'm working through the first case (Heart transplant) and accidentally took out all the ribs and one lung. That's why I can't get to the heart and it ends up dying. I've watched some tutorials that make it look simple, but I've only managed to try it out about 20 times without success. What should I do next?

Use the knife to remove obstacles except the rib cage, then apply the syringe with medications to prevent excessive bleeding.

I don't like seeing the same image for more than a few days, hehe.

It's perfectly fine to simply question it, that's all. 😄

Really? I managed to get a heart transplant, but in the fast-paced version.

For me, it feels like a trick to attract viewers. It can be fun sometimes, but I got bored right away. A better real simulator would be helpful.
