Simplest method to upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit
I’ve got two hard drives in my laptop now—great setup! My plan was to move my program files, but I’m worried about having to log back into Steam again. Is there a more convenient way to handle this? I’m thinking of formatting the C: drive and installing Windows 64-bit on it. Do you have any backup tools that could help me avoid re-authenticating?
Display concealed documents and create a duplicate of any file beginning with 'ssfn'. Restore it to the Steam directory where you located it during the system reinstall.
When you add it to your Steam folder, it should verify it. Appreciate the help!
I'll discard that and your music. Then I'll reinstall Steam and add it in.
