Simple motherboard designed for hackintosh builds

I found the EVGA B360 Micro Gaming, but it’s only available in the US. I’m eager to import it if possible. Its only drawback is the outdated PS/2 port. I’d consider a PCIe NVMe SSD for Windows, but a standard SATA drive should suffice for games like CSGO.
I prefer the NZXT Z390 Coverless, though I find it pricey and the panel layout a bit tight. For your needs, I won’t need an integrated GPU, so I don’t require video outputs or the audio chipset. A good USB DAC is enough, so I won’t want extra jacks or SPDIF connections.
I’m aiming for a compact build—smaller is better. I’d like to get 10GBASE-T eventually, and it seems more practical to add a PCIe card than rely on a motherboard with built-in 10GbE. Unless I find something better, mini-ITX might be out of the question.
The Fractal Design Define Mini S looks promising, but if you have a more straightforward option, I’m open to suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help!
