Hi, I'm just starting out with overclocking and have these specs. My GPU is an RX 470 as well. I don't have a dedicated cooling system—just a Wraith cooler, built-in fans, and one fan on the case. I'm not sure if I should invest in more cooling since it's currently running smoothly.

I also have a PSU that is Corsair CP-9020015-UK Builder Series CX750 ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze, with a power output of 750 W.
