Occasionally I noticed the stream would lag or stutter when background processes were active, especially after switching my GPU from a GTX-970 to a GTX-1660. I've updated drivers and adjusted performance settings, but it still occurs regardless of the game. I've also tested using different browsers, all showing issues on an i7-11700k with 32GB RAM running the GTX-1660.

I understand you're not using OpenResty but appreciate the help. I couldn't recall the name and wasn't sure what was behind the problem again. https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/...sktop-apps For OpenResty this .reg file resolves the issue.
