Hi everyone, I hope everything is okay. I’m reaching out for your assistance again. A few days ago, while adjusting the date settings in Windows 10, I entered the year 2017. A pop-up appeared asking me to reconfigure my account, which I didn’t understand at the time. After ignoring it, I fixed the date settings, and now my emails are updating correctly from the app—previously, new messages didn’t show up. Could you help me with this issue? Thank you!

Open Thunderbird, add your emails, and ensure they're correctly configured. Verify delivery settings to prevent missed messages.

You can't log out because it's your primary account. The symbol appears but doesn't work. An error code 0x800704cf shows up when trying to set a future date.

It seems you've mentioned several date changes, but the issue is unclear. Just remove the app and reinstall it.

The icon indicates synchronization issues with the mail server. Possibly incorrect credentials or server settings are causing the problem. The Mail/Calendar service might also be affected. Here’s how to resolve it:

1. Launch the Store, locate the user icon beside the search bar at the top right, and select 'Downloads and Update'. Click 'Check for Update', then choose 'Update All'. If the Store installs, it will close automatically. The update runs in the background without interruption. If you're quick, restart the Store app and return to 'Downloads and Update'—the process should complete. Afterward, verify for updates again and restart your system.

2. After updating your apps, open the Mail app, navigate to Settings (gear icon at the bottom left), go to Account, remove your account, then re-add it. This should resolve the issue.
