I've searched extensively for a VPN that maintains low latency—currently around 140+ ping when streaming or browsing. I've experimented with Surfshark, NordVPN, ExpressVPN and others, adjusting DNS settings and protocols, but the issue persists. Have you encountered any alternative suggestions from others?

I personally rely on TorGuard. Their WireGuard setup performs exceptionally well. Are there any other VPN services that support WireGuard?

The connections are fast. The only thing that matters is the quick response time when using a VPN.

It sounds like a routing issue, maybe you live in a location that doesn't have a single VPN server close, so it has to go the long way.
