Significant variation exists between package and core temperatures.
Hello! The temperature readings can vary a lot depending on the situation. On full load, they tend to stabilize, but during idle they may differ due to factors like cooling efficiency or workload changes. For idle, focus on the actual measured temperature rather than just the numbers. Regarding CPU Core vs Cores Max — they refer to different ways of counting cores; Cores Max gives the total number of physical cores available, while Core Count shows how many are active at a time. They’re related but not identical.
Hwmonitor isn't trustworthy.
"Idle" refers to a state of inactivity or being unused.
The maximum capacity reaches 47C. Regardless, add hwinfo64 since hwmonitor isn't very dependable.
on max load they are all 70c. but on idle there is 15-20c difference between package and core temp like in this image. bios says 50c aswell.
