I've been using my broadband for a while now, and it's been great for gaming and quick responses. My ping stays steady at 7ms, but I'm experiencing huge latency—like 1000ms or more—making things feel sluggish. This reminds me of the issues I faced with 4G hotspot, where a low ping would still show high latency. Ping isn't the whole story. What options do I have? I've tried changing the router settings but nothing helped.
Are there any background programs utilizing your network concurrently? You should verify that. Consider running a malware scan if needed.
