I’m considering purchasing a robot vacuum and have several choices: the X50 Ultra from Dream me and the Mova P10 Pro Ultra. I’m ordering them through my cousin in China, and I noticed their prices are significantly lower—around 300 USD compared to about 1500 USD on Amazon. Could it be the same model at roughly half the cost? Or is there a risk of it being a fake?
I'd say do not buy from that listing unless the store selling it is the official brand of the robot. Also make sure you aren't getting a different model, or just the accessories, or something - that's a trick Aliexpress sellers often pull. Keep in mind that Techradar and ZDNet reviews list the X50 Ultra at $1700 MSRP with a price drop to $1300. However, looks like the photo you've posted is of the Mova P10, currently on sale for $500 at Walmart and Best Buy - lowest prices I could find with a quick peek at a few more.... reputable US-based retailers. $300 for the Mova unit seems believable. $300 for the Dreame unit is certainly not.
