Before the update, I ran at 320W on my 13900K and got a solid 5.3/5.4 across all cores during Cinebench. After updating the microcode, it dropped to around 4.8/4.9 across all cores. The temperature is now at 90°C, but it seems the issue isn’t with my AIO mount—it’s more about how the cooling system is handling the higher load.

This appears to be typical performance behavior now.

It seems I only had to turn on a performance mode in BIOS. Now it runs at 51/5.2GHz across all cores and stays around 87°C.
