Hey everyone, I just set up a new PC with an R5 5600, 3060 Ti, and 16GB RAM. I'm mostly gaming in 4K and still manage decent FPS even with some settings adjusted. However, I've noticed a noticeable stuttering issue that happens every 20 seconds, which is really annoying. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Also, I'm using an Adata SX6000 Lite with 128GB and a Seagate Green 7200RPM HDD for storage. Thanks in advance if anyone can help!

Hello, thank you for joining the forum. Your first question is clear—do you have an older Windows version installed? And regarding your games, are they stored on the hard drive or another storage device?
