Recently got a 5600x and Rog Strix 5600x. At first everything seemed normal, but I started seeing strange stutters. When frames were capped at 143 fps they would suddenly drop to around 30 per 10 seconds or so. I checked my frame times and framerates in MSI AB and everything looked okay. The CPU was idling properly, temps stayed under 80°C, RAM was brand new and met JDEC specs—not XMP. How could there be these frame drops without any network issues? It wasn’t the internet.

Managed to run for a few hours before the issue began. The exact cause remains unclear. All systems appear clean. My frame time graphs are normal. New installations launch without any existing processes.
