Hi, Just trying to determine whats causing my wifi to cut out. I'm not sure if I've got to many wireless devices connect or a type of interference. Please any help on this would be great. I'm currently using the follow: Huawei HG659 modem Netgear EX6150 AC1200 wifi range Extender My current devices connect via wifi: 2 Smart Phones 1 Tablet Nvidia Shield 2 Google homes Cheers.

All gadgets disconnect at the same time from the Wi-Fi or only the one you're using right now

they pause briefly for 5 to 10 seconds before continuing. Up to this point, I've identified it as the range extender.

Your extender seems to be malfunctioning, isn't it a brand-new unit? I experienced similar lag spikes about a month ago when connecting via Wi-Fi every few minutes for around ten seconds before returning to normal. After switching the modem, the issue disappeared, but I couldn't pinpoint the exact cause—it might have been something that failed after not being used for over a year.
