Is the system OC/UC-ed? Have you made any other changes in September? Are your monitors the same and configured to the same VRF frequency? You might want to remove the Windows 10 update from September, thankfully MS helped avoid many issues. Set notifications for updates but don’t download them directly. Research each new release carefully.
The system isn’t running too fast or too slow, especially when using just one monitor. This makes me question if there’s another issue. This morning my computer won’t even power on; the white light near the CPU stays on but nothing else happens. I’ve already placed an order for a new PSU to help with troubleshooting.
