Hey there! I see you're just starting out with PC builds. It sounds like you're using a 3080ti FE with an 850W power supply. When you play games, the display flickers while the system stays cool and fans spin. You've checked with Afterburner and benchmark tools but haven't seen any performance drops or overheating. The GPU temperature is around 77-80°C during gameplay. Upgraded fans and a better case were tried, but the issue persists. Could be thermal throttling, cooling system limitations, or something else affecting heat dissipation? Let me know what you find!

It might be a driver problem or GPU firmware issue. If your system shut down suddenly, a power supply unit could be the cause. As long as it's below 90°C, thermal shutdown shouldn't be the reason. I'd check for updated drivers and see if the game you're playing has known compatibility issues.

I experienced a similar situation with my 3080 recently. It turned out I had to reinsert the GPU into the PCI-E port. The games continued to function, so I tried software updates first before attempting any hardware changes.

Up until now, the problem seems solved. I completed a one-hour benchmark without any issues. It appears the GeForce experience might be the main concern. For the future, would you prefer downloading the latest drivers directly from the Nvidia website?

It occurred once more... this time during a different game, and the fan increased to maximum before the screen cut out and remained at full speed. HELP PLEASE!

I attempted it a few times before this, but now I'm frustrated and sent an RMA for the card. I'll keep you posted.
