You're experiencing an issue where your PC screen goes dark and shows a "no signal" message when playing games or streaming, especially when the GPU tries to force a higher refresh rate than it supports. You've already tried updating drivers, booting in safe mode, and uninstalling the display adapter. The problem resurfaces after some time. It's frustrating, and you're not sure why it keeps happening. If anyone can help, please let me know—I'm really struggling and might have to give up on my PC.
The GPU is experiencing issues but the system remains functional with audio continuing to play, while the entire setup stops working.
Other functions remain operational but there is no screen. I can still hear music and sounds, everything is fine.
Consider reinstalling your GPU or verifying the power connectors. Are you using another monitor for testing?
Try to limit the framerate to your monitor's refresh rate and make sure the resolution and framerate inside Windows is set to the correct values Or You might need to check the GPU temperature's using a program like GPU-Z and make sure it doesn't overheat If the temperature is fine follow above @filpo 's advice reseating the GPU and Power Connectors If that doesn't work either check the voltages of the GPU somehow using GPU-Z or HWMonitor or inside the bios make sure all the voltages are within spec 12v should be 11.40 V to 12.60 but realistically have it as close as you can to 12V as everything outside the range will cause the GPU to crash and you might need to replace the PSU
The issue seems to be with the monitor, not the GPU. Out of range errors often happen when the GPU tries to show a resolution that the screen can't handle.
I completed DDU successfully for two days, and everything went well. But this morning it repeated the same process. I’m unsure what to do next.
