You've experienced intermittent screen issues that reset quickly. You've tested multiple GPUs on different systems, noting only consistent problems with the 3070 and 3080. It seems the problem might not be the GPU itself but something else, possibly related to your monitor or system stability. Consider checking the monitor's connection and power supply, as these can affect performance. Also, ensure your system is updated and that no background processes are causing instability. If the issue persists, contacting the manufacturer's support with detailed logs would be helpful.

Have you experimented with changing cables based on their condition? It's possible the issue is causing the crash. If you have another cable or monitor, it could help provide a clearer solution.

Have you considered testing the connections by swabbing the cables first?

I changed the cables and it functioned well for a while, but after restarting, the issues reappeared.
