You're facing a display issue despite the VGA light being active. You've tested two GPUs, reinserted them in both slots, but nothing has changed. It might be worth checking other connections or consulting the manufacturer's support resources.

I’m looking into the system details like GPUs, motherboard, and other components. I faced a problem with PCIE Gen 3 GPUs in a Gen 4 slot. We used an Asus TUF B550 board, and another PCIE slot was Gen 3. Eventually, the system booted after we switched to Gen 3 and repositioned the GPU. However, the PCIE slot didn’t automatically adjust to Gen 3.

I shouldn't be tied to a PCIE setup. My next step would be to verify the power. Does the GPU activate upon system startup? Also, confirm all power connections are properly connected. Which power source are you employing?
