Remember that this feature isn't available on Windows 10 Home. Just open Powershell_CU.reg and run the script. After confirming RunMe.cmd works properly, execute the file to activate PowerShell. It’s not essential to turn it off again, but I thought it would be safe.

RuntimeBroker now has another AppID. Interesting—three entries in total. What’s happening with Microsoft? I accidentally swapped the CLSID and APPID again. This is getting tiring. DCOM.zip seems like the right fix.
