Simple. Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. In there you'll find at the top: "Require Sign-in" section. In there, you have a drop down menu list. Click on that, and pick "Never"

It's not that straightforward; Windows 10 Home 64-bit doesn't support password protection by default.

You must configure a password. After setting it, you should see the option I described in the Settings panel. To enable automatic login at startup, open Start > type "netplwiz" and select it. Remove the checkbox labeled "Users must enter a user name and password..."
