I’m still unsure about taking it apart because I don’t want to risk damaging it. I’m hoping the reading is accurate. The fan speed control and system stability suggest everything is fine. It’s just these values that matter.

If its a new build...and I'm only going to ask one more time, what are your full system specifications? This really does sound like an improper CPU mount not providing enough pressure on the IHS, causing high temperatures.

I discussed the issue with the manufacturer and received images confirming proper installation. They didn’t provide any details about the cooler’s model but confirmed it’s an areacool.
