System experienced repeated reboots and clicks after replacing the power supply. Consistent performance issues across multiple attempts. RAM modules were swapped without resolving the problem. Temperature readings remained stable. Power strip was changed to a different one while keeping the same outlet. Removed the panel header and external keyboard, yet the issue persisted. Tried various outlets and power strips; only recently did this problem appear within the last month or two. The mini fridge is connected to the same circuit as other devices, but nothing else loses power. Located in Iowa, older housing with minimal maintenance. New circuit was installed but failed to fix the situation. Any suggestions?

Checked a different PC case. Then tested the motherboard inside the box and performed the checks. Also tried another motherboard.

I tried it without a case on a cardboard box. I plan to recheck the 10900K F Tonight, as the system faced comparable problems with both tests.

It seems this problem occurs with both rigs. If the clicking isn't coming from the PSU, possible causes include a fan turning on and off. Consider these options: remove graphics to test integrated power, disable CPU turbo, switch to a different cooler, turn off XMP settings, verify all power cables are correctly seated (especially if using third-party gear), adjust the case orientation, or even use a UPS for backup.

Test the system under normal conditions away from the case. I've noticed grounding problems with cases leading to this issue, along with defective storage drives. Whether you're using 3.5 mechanical HDDs or 2.5 SATA SSDs, or optical drives, anything linked directly to the PSU—try them without any connections and with the system running at its simplest state.

Previously verified without a GPU. Believe a UPS won’t fix this since it’s just begun. Removed cables, switched to multiple power supplies and two distinct coolers already installed outside the enclosure.

The problem isn't about posting, it's about the device shutting down abruptly. Already verified in an external test.

Remove the CMOS battery temporarily, then reinstall it. This should resolve the issue and allow posting. Use only one RAM stick in a different slot.

Understood, I'll verify everything is disconnected except what's essential. I'll include only the parts required to post and start Windows. Anything extra—like optical drives, storage, fans, or RGB lights—will be omitted. Let's proceed with the minimal setup.
