Hello everyone. I’m seeking assistance. My monitor shuts down even though the computer remains active. I have to press the power button on the back because the front button doesn’t respond. The specifications listed below match my motherboard, which is an MSI B450 Pro Carbon AC. It has four red indicators and the CPU light activates when this occurs. Full details are provided. CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X GPU: Aorus Radeon RX580 PSU: Corsair TX650M 650W 80+ Gold, semi-modular RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x) CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U14s This problem has occurred multiple times during 3D rendering in 3ds Max. I initially assumed it was related to the scenes but now it happens while playing Cities Skylands, which isn’t a highly demanding program. I recently replaced the stock cooler with the one recommended for Ryzen and believe that triggered the issue. At first, I thought overheating was the cause, though temperatures didn’t show high readings. After uninstalling and reinstalling the cooler, the thermal paste seemed properly applied, so I’m not certain. I also verified the CPU pins were intact. I have no clear idea of the cause or solution, and I’d greatly appreciate any advice from others. Until then, the only workaround is to press the back switch, wait a few seconds, and then the computer restarts normally. Thank you in advance.
