Your power suddenly stopped and now your screen flashes unexpectedly when you try to watch videos or use the system. It’s unclear if the problem is with Windows, your monitor, or something else. You mentioned using an Intel graphics card without a dedicated card. Help would be really useful. >.>

Testing on a VGA monitor via an HDMI adapter to the motherboard appears functional. I’ll switch to a DVI display to see if the problem persists (maybe?).

Tested with another monitor via HDMI and it functions properly. That’s strange—everything seems powered through a surge protector, yet it still worked. What’s going on?
