Search for a free tool on Windows that lets you browse images in a folder with adjustable speed.
I use XnView. It isn't the top choice, but it's free and functions well.

A nice name is a friendly title, like "bro." Picasa is a photo-sharing app. "Whadaya mean?" asks about its origin or meaning.
