Hi there! Your setup involves using a budget monitor and a gaming monitor with borderless window mode. You need the taskbar balloons visible on the secondary display while playing Overwatch, but the current settings only allow borderless window + 1440P at 144Hz on the gaming screen if it's set as the main display. This causes the taskbar elements to disappear behind the game, making it hard to switch to speakers or other controls. You're stuck with no official fix and are exploring advanced methods. There might be a registry workaround or third-party tool that can help you manage the taskbar visibility independently of the main display.

Click the taskbar in Windows 10, navigate to 'Taskbar Settings', then go to 'Multiple Displays' and enable 'Show taskbar on all displays'.

Ensure your taskbar is visible on a single screen and simply move it to another display.
