It's still within the warranty period. The device arrived fine, even though it's a budget model (GXT 322B CARUS). All functions worked properly for my needs. Initially, the left side sagged, which was quite bothersome. Now, audio issues occur suddenly, especially when adjusting volume levels. I handle my belongings carefully and haven't experienced any damage. Should I proceed with an RMA or is there no solution?
Request a replacement for the headset.
