I understand my build is suitable for overclocking and I own a GPU with the right type of GPU, but I don’t feel the need to do an OC. I was just curious if I should use any case fans. I would keep the CPU fan on and the rear case fan plugged in.

Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YPvXmG
I have AF120's quiet edition fans, but only two are connected and the case fan is already plugged in. It seems to consume a lot of power, so I’m not sure if they’re really necessary. Or should I adjust the fan speed in MSI Afterburner? (Currently at 40% speed)

I could also reduce the power limit in MSI, but I’m unsure if that would impact my system. Should I do it?

Using that GPU means maintaining case fans makes sense because the card will generate a lot of heat inside the case. Good airflow helps keep other parts cooler, particularly when paired with the stock intel cooler. It's important not to let the heatsink fan direct warm air onto it. Also, using three fans instead of one won't significantly impact power usage and doesn't add much load to your PSU. In my view, the advantages of those extra fans more than compensate for their power draw.

Adjusting the CPU won't significantly improve performance. However, boosting the graphics card should have a noticeable effect.
