Fallout 3 is awesome and has a better World than NV. I say yes.

I faced some problems while browsing Steam, as it would delete local files and leave behind remnants. After manually removing the folder, I reinstalled everything fresh via Steam, and everything functioned perfectly. I also reinstalled Nexus Mod Manager and had no issues. Loading my old save worked smoothly, and I played through that file all weekend.
