Overclocking won't improve gaming performance with the I7 4790k by much, and in video editing it won't make a big difference unless you're an intense editor. So the decision is clear for you.
I notice your cooler keeps the CPU cool enough—no risks there. If you're not interested, it's fine.
If you don't see any gains, I doubt you should proceed. I only stream on OBS and play games at the same time, and I'm curious how OC would affect that setup.

If streaming doesn't affect game performance, you don't need to overclock. You should only do it if you choose to. Most people overclock just for the thrill, not because they achieve significant gains. The era of chasing 50% more performance is behind us.
