AMD FX8320 GTX 950 OC with 2 GB RAM. I usually play CSGO, Skyrim, and GRID. On higher settings, I get stable and high FPS in CSGO and GRID, but Skyrim struggles due to VRAM limits. Sometimes my disk usage reaches 100% during games, which causes stalls, though this happens with the default settings on other systems.

It's better to invest in more RAM. I think you might be running low on RAM and switching to disk for speed. For optimal performance, I suggest upgrading to 16GB memory (check perfmon or task manager if needed) and then adding an SSD.
