By the time generation five becomes necessary, the platform will be gone.

I'm keen to buy this bundle this weekend. Many reviewers mentioned issues with the motherboard, but when focusing on the motherboard alone, others praised it. Should I worry or consider a pricier option?

Many folks dislike Asus, especially after Gamer's Nexus revealed their poor customer service over the past two years. I personally don’t like them either. It might be worth checking with those inside about return rates for those boards. At the Chicago store, only a couple of open box boards were found, which suggests they’re not just waste. An MSI board paired with the 7800x3d earlier this year was really disappointing. My shop often had several open box boards from the bundle on display, sometimes more than they actually had in stock. If I were to purchase now, skipping the bundle offer, I’d definitely pick this one.

I think I should choose another set of RAM, particularly one with higher QVL for the motherboard.
Something like this would work.

I decided to go with this approach. Gathered everything and spent a week sitting on it, delaying the backup and rebuild of my rig. Now everything is installed and functioning perfectly. The first game I tried (Elden Ring) was running at 40 fps faster, moving from 80-90 fps to a steady 120fps. I also started playing Space Marine 2 tonight with all settings at maximum and it worked without any issues. Overall, I'm really happy with this build! Thanks for your support and guidance.
