Greetings! Microsoft has begun distributing several problematic Windows updates that appear to be degrading my computer's efficiency. Therefore, should I consider transitioning to Linux for gaming and software development? If so, what specific operating systems—such as Manjaro or Ubuntu—would you recommend and which software should I install?

I personally enjoy Ubuntu. Lubuntu is also excellent. Steam is believed to be a beneficial platform for gaming on Linux, so it might be worthwhile if you desire…
