Should I buy a brand new PC or just improve my old one?

Why did I make that call? Your RAM is pretty slow at 4800 Mhz and you're leaving a lot of room on the table. Getting more memory like 32GB of DDR5 going to 6000Mhz or higher could give your computer a nice 5% to 10% boost in speed depending on what you use it for too. Also, if you can find one at MSRP, I'd look at the RX 9070 XT instead. It's not much slower than the 5070 TI, but for the same price, that is a better deal. The game I play has a few known problems with AMD graphics cards, so I probably won't buy one soon. There are many people on the discord server complaining about weird graphic glitches that have been happening for years now. It's strange why, but every time a new expansion comes out, more bugs get added to it. I'm talking about Snow Runner specifically. I have played that game over 5,000 hours before. Otherwise, I am playing Oblivion Remaster, Witcher, and Dark Souls games.
You got me there. Snow Runner looks really overkill, mostly because everyone agrees to drop to 60 frames per second just so things don't break when you speed up too fast. It's not always the case though.
Yes, it needs to be locked at 60 FPS if you want your engine power. This is my final cart. I think I have everything right. I'm saving over $1,000 by getting these instead of a new PC. Honestly, using an RPL CPU makes me think about getting a DDR5-7200 C34 kit because it gives extra speed and less lag for probably $15 more. The other stuff seems pretty good if you want the best quality, performance, and deal out there.
