You can create a desktop shortcut featuring the battlefield icon yourself.
Battlefield titles must use Battlelog because there isn’t an in-game server browser. You’ll be required to open your web browser each time you play, which I find frustrating. It has several problems with the plug-in installation and dislikes adblocking tools. If you still prefer a quick method without the Origin Client, locate the game file on your PC, right-click its .exe, and select "Send To" from the context menu. Choose "Desktop" to generate a shortcut there. I store my Origin games on the D drive: D:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games, but your installation is likely on the main C drive.
