You can place additional files on the USB drive temporarily. Just move them before you need the ISO, then remove them once the installation starts. The burned file should work fine as long as it remains intact. Make sure the files are in the same location as the EXE but not inside the ISO folders. This way, everything stays organized and the installation proceeds smoothly.

Certainly. It should function properly. I own a W10 bootable USB that I rely on for other tasks too, and there are no issues.

Absolutely, everything should work smoothly. This process is something I handle regularly. Including files on the thumb drive doesn't interfere with the setup.
