My phone is a Pixel 6 Pro while her phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Both have the latest updates installed and were recently restarted. Over the past few weeks, she’s been unreachable when I try to call her. When she does connect, it rings once and then goes silent—like the wireless customer service line isn’t responding. We’re both on 5G with strong signals, but she’s using T-Mobile and I’m on ATT. I can make and receive calls anywhere, but she can’t reach me. It’s strange and confusing. Anyone know what’s happening?

Sounds like a routing problem. She will need to open a case with her provider.

Check if your phone number appears in her SCAM CALLER BLOCK list. You’ll need to submit a ticket on the site to resolve the issue.
