I'm working with Windows 98 SE on a Dell Dimension B110. The installer for the Intel 865G chipset isn't loading properly, showing errors about missing dependencies. I've checked the system folder for Shell32.DLL and confirmed it exists, but the registry fixer didn't resolve the issue.
