The plan offers 300 Mbps for $65 a month, and you're upset? I’m currently on 25 Mbps for $50. I’m not interested in messing around with confusing introductory rates. Intro pricing shouldn’t be allowed.

It's mainly about the data limit. With Comcast and three adults, we usually stay within it each month. We've often exceeded 90% usage, but we don't go over because we reduce our consumption when a warning appears.

I just reached out to them. They mentioned there’s no promotion discount for me other than a 25% reduction on my bill when switching to their cellular service, which I refuse.

80 dollars for gigabit is reasonable given Comcast’s $89 rate for 300/10 with a 1.2 TB limit. AT&T’s gigabit plans seem more appealing without the data cap, which makes sense. Even though AT&T has its issues as a company, I’d prefer their service. Unfortunately, they don’t cover my area, and nearby locations only offer 18 Mbps DSL.
