Because of issues with your Windows 10 setup, you’ll need to recreate the installation. To move the activation code for Windows and Adobe Elements, follow the appropriate steps for each product.

When linked to your Microsoft account, the setup is straightforward—just log in using your account during installation and everything proceeds smoothly.

I performed this using a Windows 7 license that was upgraded to Windows 10, and everything functioned properly. You probably need to reach out to Adobe to move the key if you can't handle it on your own.

It’s not truly a transfer when you set up identical systems and software on the same machine. Simply use your existing keys.

To view the Adobe elements key, open the Adobe software and navigate to the settings or preferences section where it is displayed.

You should already have a key if you placed the order. If not, check the registry. But before anything else, tell me about the issues you're facing with your current setup. I like to focus on understanding your problems rather than just reinstalling the system.

The issue with the system is quite problematic. It’s a family PC loaded with unnecessary software and struggling with graphics card performance that I couldn’t fix. I’m not giving up yet—I’ll attempt a clean reinstall (keeping the old drive while moving files) and begin preparing for the transfer right away.

I've installed several operating systems before, including various Linux distros and different Windows versions on my laptop.
