Recently I realized Hyper-V doesn’t allow remoteFX 3D on Windows 2019. To share your GPU (GTX 1050) while using that version, you’ll need to run it in compatibility mode or use a different setup.
There seems to be an alternative approach available in the CLI, though it's no longer advised. VGPU or DDA are recommended options for enhancing VM performance with GPU capabilities.
They integrated PCIe passthrough into Hyper-V in 2016 using DDA.
