You can adjust the settings of the shadowplay FPS counter so it shows only during gameplay, not while streaming or watching videos.

Shadowplay is utilized solely during gameplay. That's it.

I don't agree. I haven't used Shadowplay much lately, so I might be mistaken.

I’ve started using shadowplay more often lately, but I haven’t noticed it appear while watching YouTube, even in full screen. Alright, just turn it off when you’re not playing.

It functioned properly before the latest update, but now frame rates are displayed only during full screen playback.

Interesting... I'm not sure. I'll verify a few things once I'm back.

It's also worth noting that I can switch it on and off during games, but not while watching videos.

I keep the shadowplay active. It's usually only visible in games, not elsewhere.

I checked all the options I could find. Watching YouTube in fullscreen didn’t show my FPS with shadowplay enabled. When I turned on desktop capture, the stream worked but the FPS counter still wasn’t visible. In shadow mode, the status indicator appeared in YouTube, but not the FPS number. I’m considering disabling desktop capture to see if that resolves the issue, since that seems like the only thing I can think of causing it.

I receive identical outcomes whether the capture is active or inactive. When the shadowplay indicator blinks, FPS appears in another area. Since I haven’t reinstalled Windows recently, I could consider doing so.
