Is your GPU set as the PhysX processor in your Nvidia Control Panel? If not, configure it and restart your system to proceed.

I initially believed Shadowplay was responsible, but he actually posted a video fine first, which led me to think the codecs were the issue.

I noticed that using GeForce Experience's game optimization occasionally affects your settings. I stopped relying on it after around 338. I've switched to disabling the optimizations in the control panel.

GeForce Experience's improvements can cause issues. It might be better to reinstall both GeForce Experience and the drivers, and avoid using those game optimizations unless done manually.
