I checked my setup and noticed the GPU is RTX 2080, which should handle the workload. The system runs at 144Hz with 2560x1440 resolution and 144fps target. Based on specs, it should be capable of stable performance in most games, though modern AAA titles may still feel a bit demanding.

Often it doesn't really matter which settings I choose. I end up with almost identical frames in most games.

Do you play any games? Have you checked how the GPU and CPU are being used?

I mainly enjoy Destiny 2 and occasionally other shooters such as Modern Warfare. Performance varies; CPU usage stays around half while GPU utilization ranges from 65% to 100%.
